Data Deletion Request
Last Updated: July 1, 2026You can request deletion of your FarmLedger account and related personal data at any time. This page explains how to make that request and what to expect.
How to request deletion
Send an email to farmledgerapp@gmail.com and include:
- the email address or phone number linked to your FarmLedger account, and
- a clear request to delete your FarmLedger account and data.
Please do not send sensitive passwords or private login details by email. We will never need your password to process a deletion request.
What to expect
- Identity verification. To protect your account, a deletion request may require reasonable steps to verify that the request is really coming from you.
- Processing time. We may need a reasonable amount of time to process and complete a deletion request.
- Backups and legal retention. After deletion, some records may remain temporarily in backups, or where they are required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or technical reasons, before they are fully removed.
