These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of FarmLedger. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use FarmLedger.

1. Acceptance of these terms

Your access to and use of FarmLedger is subject to these Terms and to any guidelines or policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Early / beta product

FarmLedger is currently an early workable (beta) product. Features may change, improve, expand, or be removed over time as the app develops. You use it understanding that it is still being refined.

3. Accuracy of your records

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records and information you enter into FarmLedger. The app displays and summarizes what you record; it cannot verify that your entries are correct.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FarmLedger for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity, and not to misuse or interfere with the app or other users.

5. Projections, summaries, and reminders

Projections, summaries, reminders, and estimates in FarmLedger are provided for planning and record-keeping purposes only. They are based on the information you enter and should not be treated as guarantees.

6. Not professional advice

FarmLedger does not provide veterinary, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or farm management advice. You should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate for your situation.

7. Payment tracking

Payment and part-payment features are for record-keeping only, unless a future payment provider is officially added and clearly described within the app. Recording a payment in FarmLedger does not by itself move, process, or settle any money.

8. Not a financial institution

FarmLedger is not currently presented as, and should not be treated as, a bank, wallet, lender, payment processor, or financial institution.

9. Your decisions

You should not rely only on FarmLedger for critical farm, health, or financial decisions. Always use your own judgement and, where needed, professional guidance.

10. Changes to the service

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features of FarmLedger over time. We may also restrict or suspend access if the app is misused or used in breach of these Terms.

11. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for activity that happens under your account. Please protect your login details and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
